I have a 4 yr old now. I just got my IUD removed on 3/2 same day I also started my period... 3 days later we had sex and have now multiple times for trying to conceive... I know its only the 10 it's been 7 days... But I am having bad cramps. Neausiated. And just feel blah and tired....

It is unlikely you are pregnant. It's day 8 of your cycle, you likely have not even ovulated yet and probably won't for at least 3-8 days.
You can have discomfort, including cramping and nausea, after removal of your IUD. Give your body some time to adjust.
