I had some sensation in my rectum, there was something white, very tiny

Please please answer I'm terrified I was just in the shower and well I felt a weird sensation on my as****e just to be blunt and now I've gotten this feeling before, like something is there but there's not. So I tried to see what it was and all that came out was a little white/clear work type thing. Do I have worms? Wtf is wrong with me? It was very tiny like maybe a few millimeters but it moved and I'm so scared please help. I haven't been wearing underwear for the past week because I'm too poor to wash my clothes at a laundromat and I was saving money.
