I wake up and eat like two plates (cereal, left overs, etc) in the morning then I don't come home till night and I'm tired and all asleep. I think I eat the right amount of calories for the day but packed in one meal, but will this make me gain weigh
There is no actual statistics that it will make you gain weight. Because your calorie intake is not bigger than you lose in one day. Still it is said that smaller meals during the day in every 3-4 hours will make you less hungry but they really have to be small meals.
