On the left side of scrotum, sometime i see a painless lump, however, sometimes it disappears due to which the shape of scrotum seems to be normal sometimes and anbonrmal sometimes.

I also have the same thing but there are a few tiny lumps on my left side i am only 15 and am too embarassed to ask my parents or a doctor about it but am worried it could be cancer does anyone know what it is?
there is a few lumps on the left side of my scrotum it is sometimes there but then its not but the biggest is a dark color but I'm only young and don't want to ask a doctor or tell my parents.

DO the lumps seem slightly squishy like a large unpopped pimple? If so they can merely be cysts which are no cause for alarm tho I would suggest seeing a doctor if they grow larger and do not go away after 3-4 weeks.
