I have an insistent itch right at the curve of my right shoulderblade. It started a few days ago, but it is getting of longer duration. Laast night I lay awake for about an hour, scratching it wwith a sback scratcher when I could no longer stand it.

Some years ago I had this same thing, and my pharmacist told me to get some Capsaicin (sp), a very strong counter-irritant, used for arthritis pain, e. g. Has anyoone tried this? Is it worth the trouble going to my dermatologist? Naturally, I did not have this when I went to him a month ago.
