I have a problem with my testicles, i can feel one of them in the sack butmit looks like the other one has ascended and it does not come down at all. I once went fora sperm count and i was told that i have azoospermia But i suspect that the reason why i dont have enough sperms it's because of this ascended testicle

See a urologist to determine where your testicle is.
Azoospermia is "no measurable level of sperm" - you are infertile. Yes, having an undescended testicle can cause problems with you making sperm. It also increases your risk of testicular cancer greatly.

Hi and thanks for the reply, i can feel the other testicle on my groin but the problem is that it does not go down to the scrotum and this really worries me
