This is either cervical dysphagia, or difficulty to transfer food or air to the upper esophagus/upper airway, or subglottic stenosis, or the narrowing of the smallest airway. Both are common symptoms of acid reflux, which you obviously have because you suffer from heart burn. You can see a doctor to be prescribed an antacid. Either condition should get better after the acid reflux gets better.
