I have a very bad rash on my inner thigh. It seemed to be producing a nasty slim or residue on my inner thigh. This slime smells like c**p. The rash is red all over too. Its also painful when my thigh touches scrotum. Is this jock itch or something more severe?

Your symptoms are a classic example of "jock itch." The moist area between your thigh and leg is a great environment for the infection to develop.
You can get a cream at most any store to relieve symptoms. Try your best to keep the area clean and dry. Wear cotton underwear, it breaths better. Use clean towels when drying that area so as not to spread the infection.
