Not sure what your dreams mean but you only say they are nice dreams.
They call ejaculating when you sleep a wet dream more because of it happening when you are sleeping rather than what your dream causing it. The dreams could be part of it but things like the way you sleep or whatever you sleep in rubbing the area could cause it as well even touching yourself when you sleep happens. So don't be to concerned about the dreams. A search for wet dreams will give you lots of information on them.
