im very shy about this subject so i don't really want to tell my parents/see a doctor about this, i just want to know:
1. whats the best and fastest way to get rid of this dirt considering there is a lot of it?
2. how long do you tihnk it will take?
thanks a lot :/

This is probably not dirt... but it is more likely natural pigmentation that is becoming more apparant to you as you pass through puberty and develop. You're probably paying more attention to the genital area.
Could it be that you have always had these darker patches of skin, and are just now noticing them more?
Or are you saying that your hygene has always been poor, and you know you have a skin infection? I doubt that, as you would have sought treatment or required bathing much before this.
If you'd like to try an experiment, try this. Shower daily for two or three weeks. Or if you like, bathe twice a day... once upon rising, and again when convenient in the afternoon or early evening... maybe even at the gym or what have you....
With simple soap and water, you should be able to keep yourself clean enough to reveal if this is simply dark coloration or not.
MANY men have dark patches either on their penis shaft, abs, pubes region or scrotum. It is far more common than you might think. It's just that you haven't paid much attention to this, and we do take well to others staring at our croutch in the lockerroom (or anywhere else, I would say).
On the lighter side, the most famous example of this in modern popular culture occurs in National lampoon's Animal House, as the character played by Jim Hulce, is nicknamed "Pinto" for exactly this reason. But this is not explained in the movie, and comes up in their frequent articles about "Pinto" and his college exploits.
Don't worry.
Good luck.

You might find that a body wash or liquid soap will help you clean up/
You might also consider a sitz bath, where you sit in a shallow bath so that you soak just those parts that require the most attention.
Frequent, daily bathing may do the trick.
Good luck.

Kirk didn't mention the fact that you'll definitely need a wash cloth or something to use when scrubbing these areas. Stand in the hottest shower you can bare for several minutes before soaping up and scrubbing.
