I have facial twitching in one or sometimes both cheeks but only when I'm asleep at night and they wake me up. Its been going on for months but can miss a week then start again. Sometimes my lips or chin tremble! Been to Drs few times who referred me o TMJ clinic but it's not that. Worried I have ALS. Help please? Thanks
