:-( I have had a headache for two days along with fast heartbeat and a general feeling of c**p should i go to the urgent care ?
It's never wrong to take responsible action, so if that occurs to you, it's reasonable to do it.
If I say 'nothing to worry about' and you collapse, how am I going to look? (Or any doctor (not me) that fails to diagnose an illness?)
If you go along and they say 'nothing to worry about', at least you've had a professional medical opinion, in person, after they've had every opportunity to question you, run scans, do whatever.
But how can they offer a diagnosis if you never show?
If in doubt, check it out: go see your doctor (at least) or urgent (I presume that translates to emergency, UK) admissions.
