For the last 5 years I have had these headaches when I have BMs, it doesn't happen all the time but boy when they do it feels like someone is stabbing me head my eyes even hurt, I hold my head and close my eyes its just horrible pain, the pain stops when I'm done but it leaves me drained and stiff..I had test all normal..I hope someone can help..43 female

Unfortunately, there are over 2,000 causes for your symptoms. I don't know what tests were done on you but apparently they didn't test for whatever it is you have. These symptoms can be caused by allergies to certain foods that cause problems in the gastrointestinal tract. from antibiotics, neuropathies and much more. Is there anything you eat quite often but not all the time like certain botanicals, for example aloe, wheat gluten etc. If you do, you might consider removing them from your diet and see if you get improvement. You might want to check your blood pressure as well and make sure it's normal. Also, are you straining when you go? Are you constipated? These factors could contribue to pain in the head and ear and eye.
Tell your doctor. That happened to me and it was caused from a brain tumor.
