I've had my Skyla IUD for only 3 weeks and just had my 1st period. Now I have light pink spotting and a strange odor . No other signs of infection at all and I'm sure the smell is from my IUD ! I had no idea prior to inserting it that this would happen. It's so odd and smelly that if it doesn't clear up I will remove it. I love my IUD but a smelly vagina , no thanks !!
