I have missed my period this month had no period pains or cramps, for the past 2/3 days I've had butterfly's in top and bottom of my belly and weird sensations in the palm of my hands, I have gone off food not even hungry my belly doesn't grumble I feel like I am going to be sick I haven't been sick yet I also go very very hot and feel very weak and faint why is this?
