Probably hormonal deficiency in your teens, or simply bad genetics (if anyone is flat in your family). I would look into the hormone thing. Talk to your doctor.

Hi anon, first of all some girls don't start to fully developed breast wise until there late teens early twenties that's why a lot of plastic surgeons won't do breast argumentations until after your out of your teens. There are a lot of guys out there that love flat chested woman, I understand that you probably don't feel very feminine because of it but don't give up as there are always alternatives.

I'm not actually sure about that at I don't think that would be the case, don't be embarrassed to go see the doctor about it because you won't be the first and if you don't want to see a male doctor you can always ask for a female doctors if that makes yet more comfortable.

Yes indeed, there are plenty of guys who like flat-chested women. I should know, I am one of them. Too many girls are going out and getting boob job these days. It makes it hard for guys like me to find a nice flat chested women. I understand having small or flat breasts r underappreciated, but hang in there, you will find a guy that's right for you.
