im 13 years old and i have recently found a spot on the right side of my scrotum is this normal it hurts to touch or to even put boxers on as it rubs against my leg i am still a virgin
i have the same thing and im 14 i think it may be a blister though

its where you have masturbated, whilst your boxers are still on, and the sweat has produced that spot
