What happens is that you sweat and the pores around your pelvis get clogged just as your face does. Make sure that when you wash you pay special attention to cleansing those areas so as not to scar yourself by scrubbing too hard. I have used the products for my face on my pelvis to clear it up.But make sure to avoid contact with your genitalia.Then you will be fine.its nothing to wory about most people get it, some worse than others, maybe a visit to your gp for creams or tablets, i found that Tetracycline based antibiotics are the best, but dont expect an immediat effect things like this can take months!
