In November, I quit smoking and stopped taking Effexor. Since then, my bowels cannot move, I have no appetite, my stomach is distended so much it pushes out my top ribs. I can't sleep, I am short of breath and I have chest pressure that runs up into my neck. I have lower back ache and my body tenses up uncontrollably, especially my legs.My bowels move only a tiny bit, mostly the size of a short tootsie roll, and I a couple of nights ago, I was throwing up but is came out so thick that I was choking and couldn't breathe. It seemed like I was throwing up a fur ball. It was long and very narrow., I need help. I have no insurance. I am tired and am on an emotional roller coaster.
