I have sores in my mouth and genital area after having a fever for the last 4 days straight

I recently returned from a trip out of the country where I got very little sleep for 10 days straight so it was no surprise to me when I came down with a fever a day after returning to the U.S.
The fever held steady at around 100.8 for a few days and I developed sores in my mouth which I just assumed were canker sores. The fever went away but my throat is still hurting, my head has been hurting since day one and in addition to the mouth sores I developed 2 sores at the opening of my Vagina (I'm sorry if this is too graphic, I'm just a little bit worried here).
I've gotten sore throats, headaches, and even canker sores many times before, but nothing in the genital region.
I have not been sexually active since my last gyno exam so I know I didn't manage to get an STD, but I'm still freaking out a tiny bit.
I've done some research online and found way too many things that this might be, so instead of self medicating I figured it couldn't hurt to try my luck here..any advice? Does anyone know what this could possibly be? Should I be concerned?
