Hello,
I know it can be extremely frustrating when you don't have the full control over your body or your weight, especially if you are giving it your best to live as healthily as you can - but thyroid gland is the main factor that regulates our metabolism, so any condition that affects it can be pretty hard obstacle to the weight loss.
But, depending on the type of the thyroid disorder you have and the therapy you're on, you might be able to see with your doctor if adjusting the dose of medications would help your weight loss. Also, keep in mind that you need to continue to eat healthy and be active - having this type of lifestyle is probably what's helping you not to gain any more weight. And in the end, it's important that your thyroid condition is well managed and that your weight isn't posing any more risk for developing other conditions - that's teh point I feel your doctor might be willing to listen.
