I have twitching on the left side of my face

Yes, twitching is normal but depending on how long it lasts, if it lasts all day then that is not normal but for 5 - 15 minutes is normal.  It can be from lack of sleep, looking at a computer screen too long, reading a book/magazine, etc.  It's more of an annoyance than anything.
