I have two bump-like spots on my penis.

Hi, recently I've noticed I have two bumps (kind of like pimples, one is larger than the other) they both have a whitish color at the top so I was thinking they might be spots. I don't think they are though, like I've mentioned one got very big and gives me pain. I'm worried this can affect me in the future in some way. I don't masturbate and I don't get into any sexual relationships because I'm not really that old enough. Can you please tell me what it might be? Thank you for your concern.
