I have been having sex with my boyfriend for 2 years. for the last 1 1/2 years i sometimes get really bad (unbearable) stomach cramps from sex... but its not just that, there are also sharp anus pains come during an episode ... i start sweating really bad and a couple of times i fainted and hit the ground during all of this. The pain usually lasts for hours. sometimes comes immediately after sex or within hours of sex. I've been to the gynecologist and everything is fine, and one time i went to the ER because it was so bad...They did nothing... i've notice that this tends to commonly happen a few days before i get my period. i don't know what to do... i just want them to stop! :( :( :( :( :(
If it happens before your period they are probably just normal cramps. The sex could possibly aggravating the muscles causing your cramps to be worse. I'd say stop having sex before your period and see if anything changes.
