I lit up for the first time and I never got high. I got the blood shot eyes etc. But no high. I took 7 deep hits. I held it and everything and my friend assured me I did everything right but I got no effects. Can anyone tell me why?
It is not at all unusual for first-time pot smokers -- even second- and third-time users -- to not get high regardles of quantity and quaility of the pot. It almost seems that the drug has to overcome natural neurotransmitters to become the brain's preferred substance before the THC can have the desired effect.
