I want to know if you guys can give some kind of healthy food i should eat to be healthy cause am working out so i can a get a six pack and i have to eat healthy in order to do that and to do exercises.

Cut down on any fatty foods, drink lots of water, don't eat large meals, spread out your meals in small rations, eat like 5 or 6 times a day small meals. Stack up on spinach also, for example, put spinach in your breakfast if you make pancakes or eggs or a vegetable filled omelet. Get some protein shakes. Don't eat fast food, if you have to, only eat small and pick whatever looks the healthiest. Before a work out if you need some energy eat a multi-grain bar or some nuts/almonds. Snack on only healthy food.
