i need help :(

Ok so I had a period three to four weeks ago. I had a doctors appointment the day my period was over. Normal enough right? Well my doctor told me a few days later that I had chlamydia and I was treated that same day. Well, ever since then I've been having a nasty discharge. Its bloody sometimes but it has also been brown with clumps in it(not blood clots). It also has a metal smell to it. This has been going on for two weeks now. I waited a week to have sex like I was supposed to but I still don't understand what it could be.
