I no longer have the "nice" climax feeling that is usually accompanied with an orgasm

Ok, so about 2 weeks or so ago I was masturbating and upon climax I had a realty weird feeling. It is really hard to explain, but I will try. When I climax I feel it pushing through my penis, but I no longer have the "nice" climax feeling that is usually accompanied with an orgasm. It more or less just feels like the fluid pushing through the shaft with almost a prickly type feeling on the under side on my penis more so close to the head. After climaxing it sticks around for a bit. It usually is from about the half way point of my shaft and gets a bit stronger as it reaches the head. Its not over whelming, but its noticeable. I have no swelling, irritation, drips, etc. Just the feeling. I also at times have a rather weak erection as of late. I get aroused, but unless in really turned on it just doesn't seem as strong as usual. The feeling is ruining my want to have sex. I get aroused and want to, but then I think about the feeling and it quickly turns me off from wanting to cum. I am 27 and have been with only my wife for the past 7 years. Anyone have any ideas of what this could possibly be!?
