I know, masurbation is fun and relaxing, and its something you can do a lot, but remember what comes first. Try to distract yourself from doing it. Focus on work first. Say you get back to your dorm (I assume you're staying on campus) and you have the erge to, but you have homework. Which do you choose? Homework first. But your heart and soul into your homework, focus on that because you know you need to bring those grades up.
If friends offer to hang out, don't refuse, go wth them.
