my son started 2 days ago with runny nose and slight cough after his bath we noted skin red blotches some raised i gave him a allergy med and off to bed blotches disappeared..next morning woke up noticed a blotch under neck and arm gave him allergy med and his dose of concerta ate some oat meal and off to school .school calls 2 and a half hrs later says he has a slight fever 99.6 and he has a rash head and neck area ...so I pick him up give him motrin for the fever but there is no rash/blotches visable they come and go fever comes and goes cough comes and goes and I do not know what to do the blotches /rash look so bad and then just dissapper scares me there might be a blood problem
