Hi i recently recieved oralsex about 13 days ago and i just got a HiV test. What are my chances i have HIV? She didnt have any open sores on her mouth or anything...please help...im really scared

Does she have HIV? If she does NOT then you can't get it. If she does, there is a chance but it is not 100%.
Testing now won't tell you if she gave you HIV. It will tell you if you already had it. It takes about 60 days before you know for sure.
Standard testing protocol is:
Test at exposure - to rule out an existing case.
Test at 30 days.
Test at 60 days. If this is NEGATIVE then you are very likely NOT infected.
Test at 90 days. This confirms the above.

It is rare. Saliva is very effective at killing the virus.
how come they still tested me for it if its so rare? im still a virgin and oral is all i have received. Have there been reported cases?
What prompted you to see a doctor in the first place? That might help explain why they tested you.
