About 2-3 weeks ago, I shaved the shaft of my penis and a few red bumps appeared on the lower section of my shaft. After shaving, I did not have any form of sexual intercourse for 2 weeks due to being away from home. I thought it was the same as Razor Burn but I'm beginning to lose faith in that being the case.
