I started spotting the day after it happened but stopped today?
Is that normal?
Is it my period or pregnancy?
If it was spotting it was very likely it was just a reaction from having sex maybe a little too ruff. If your period is close there is a chance that having sex may have just triggered you to start a little earlier. And I doubt that means that you are pregnant because it takes longer for pregnantal bleeding to take place. If you are still concerned about pregnancy take a test in about 3 weeks.
