Hello, i'm 16 and it's about 2 years that I smoke normal cigarettes, about 10 a-day. I as asking my self how much will it take for my breath to get back?

so i Quit smokeing about 5 days ago now and i been smokeing for 2 years i think :-(
and i been haveing dreams that are really freaky , and i dont know what to do ,
i really want them to go away dont they dont , so is there anything you know that i can do
