I'm 14 and my names Lisa, I think I'm pregnant, I didn't use protection and I am certain I'm pregnant. I have so many questions but I don't really know who to tell. I CAN NOT tell my parents, they'd kill me. I was thinking about running away but I know now that isn't an option. Please help. I'm desperate :'(
