please help me i think that there may be somthign wrong with my penis its hard to explain but by the head to the side the foreskin is swollen i think and when i touch it it feels soft please help me im scared i can have a pic if necessary
It could mean its infected or you did some type of trauma to the foreskin itself. Let it be for awhile and if the condition worsens or persists, call your doctor and have him check it out.

you could just have a burst blood vessel. If you pull the foreskin back, what does it look like? I dont have many other explanations, but if you see your doctor, he would be able to make a diagnosis.
