I took a home clear blue digital pregnancy test and it came back positive so the next day i decided to go to the doctor and they did blood work and urine sample and it came back negative how is that possible ive started having back pelvic and abdomen problem

I am in the same boat. I am late on my period experiencing nausea, fatigue, bloating and back ache but all the hpt have been negative and a blood test. I had some spotting around conception or my ovulation since we have been trying. I am so frustrated because I can't seem to get a straight answer, just more guessing and waiting. Anyone go through this and end up being pregnant?
