I'm not in birth control but I had sex and the guys cam in me 3 times. But I took my friends birth control pill does that help?

How many birth control pills did you take? Just one?
If so, no. It won't help. You need to take them for about 7 days for them to become effective.
You should also NEVER take another persons medication.
There are no guarantees you'll become pregnant but an emergency contraceptive is an option up to about 72 hours.
