Anytime after two weeks is good to test, so your tests should be accurate.

A UTI shouldn't effect the results of your test. The test look for a specific hormone made only by the fetus.
Just be sure to use your first morning urine for the best accuracy.

It would very early for any symptoms. The first is normally a missed period and the pill can delay that.
