No. Plan B does not always induce a period.
Your next SEVERAL periods can be early or late. It's a common side effect. You can expect increased side effects by taking Plan B twice in a week. You should not use it more than once per cycle. It contains a very large amount of hormones.
They are also not as effective as a condom OR daily birth control.
