I wanna build my body within 5-10 days. so what can i do?

Hello, sorry to inform you but 5-10 days is a really short time for such a thing. People who go to gym can tell you that it takes at least 2-3 months when you start working out so it can show. Body building is a long term process and it requires a lot of will power and motivation.

But hey, its never to late to start going to the gym, time really flies so if you want to build a muscle and you go to gym a lot, you will have muscles in no time. But 5-10 days?? There is nothing you could do in such a short time except getting sever muscle ache because of intense workout. Hope this helps
