Hi I'm 14 years old, 5'6" and about 137, I know I'm not chubby, but I want to look great for spring and the summer so I can feel 100% confident in everything I wear, people tell me I'm tiny, but Im really un sure,and i want a flat stomach, what exercises could I do to achieve that?

Well do sit ups, almost everyday that would help, drink 8 glasses of water a day.. go for about a 30 min walk each day, and try to eat your fruit and vegtables. and that might help a little.... Good Luck!!!! :):-)!:-D
