hi I am honorine from Rwanda I am 16 years old i have 80 kg...imagine!!!I want to lose weight in three moths,i tried regime and sport for one moth ago but nothing has been changed to me..i use to eat the food which has no oil ,lot of fruits,and citron but nothing has been changed on me.guyz please what can i do help.eventhough i can lose 20 kg no problem help plz.thank u guyz

I weigh 219 and I don't eat that much. I too need to lose weight so my husband would look at my like he used too. But of course I'll lose weight for myself nobody else. I have no suggestions Good Luck

loosing wight is not really about not eating, its just with women think they need to do. The most importent thing is cutting out all the rubbish we all consume and process foods.

Instred of white bread have brown bread, early in the morning, Suger drinks orange juice apple juice and all the other things you are drinking.... stop it !!! yes coke as well... eating late at night ! stop it,

eat every three hours make ur own lunch, but have tuna as snacks. go for a 20 min run every day, Im not a fan of supplements but fish oil is great!

Your beautiful the way you are ... But if you want to lose weight there is this diet my mom did and I am starting it soon but it's called weight watchers ... Google it .. It's a point system and you start to drop weight without exercising but you have to follow the point plan my mom weighted 190 and now she weights 125 she's healthy .. She lost that weight in three to four months ... Try weight watchers and let me know how it goes :)
