Hi im 13 and im 177 im 5'3 school is almost over and I want to lose about 20 pounds for now can you guys give me any tips that you guys know that have helped you lose weight?

Going to gym is an idea .or in home about 30 pushup at every early morning before jogging.and u should eat only oats or cornflakes in morning and evening .and another easy way to lose waight is try yoga practice every day iam damn sure about that
