i feel guilty after masturbation.
i wanted to clean myself off this. I don’t want to touch anything and want to go to shower and wash me and my clothes off completely.only after which I feel ok.this is making me crazy.am I doing it correctly. I want to understand if it is mandatory to take a shower and walk your clothes of masturabtion every time you do it. Please I need help.
Its better when you do it with someone, then you two just lay there cuddling
