I was 12 days late and began spotting (brown) on the 13th day late then that afternoon i began bleeding (medium flow) and it continued half of the next day and now it just brown discharge when i wipe. I have very bad headaches, mood swings, constipated, pain where my ovaries are, gassy, very nauseous (haven't actually vomited) and have taken COUNTLESS amounts of pregnancy tests and they all say negative...what could be going on? Could I be pregnant?
