So last year (December 19th) I was in my math class room, and i was sent to the hospital a few days before from BAD dehydration and I'd puke from eating, I'd be cold all the time and my heart rate was fast and they had to IV me. Anyways so they gave me pills for it which I'm supposed to eat with which I didnt. And i was in my math classroom (but it was a studyhall.) And I had a bad pain in my chest and heart so I walked to his desk and i couldnt breathe well and i asked him to go to the bathroom and from there I don't remember the rest, but I remember waking up on the ground shaking and my teacher helping me.... My class mates said I was walked a little then fell and hit my head on a desk then his knee and layed there for a bit then I started to shake... So back to when my teacher woke me, he helped me up and i was still shaking so so bad and I was crying a little because I was so scared and confused on what happened. He took me to the office and they asked what happened (where my crush at the time boyfriend now.) Was sitting with a bloody nose was sitting next to me heard what happened everything. Then the office gave me a water and asked me to eat something I refused at first then i finally ate the cookie. I was in the office for awhile longer but when I went back to class I was still shakey, it has never happened since then and Itd be too late for my mom to take me to the hospital for it...

Hello Casandra,

When you become badly dehydrated your blood pressure can sky rocket sometimes.  It's possible for it to go up to 200 or better.  You may also have mineral deficiencies in potassium and magnesium.   Shaking is common as well under your conditions.  It is possible that you may be diabetic because diabetics often become dehydrated even when they drink a lot of fluids.  This often happens with hyerglycemia.  Excess sugar in your blood stream can made you very thirsty so you drink a lot of water which in turm makes you pee a lot.  Your kidneys are trying to work over time to get rid of excess sugar in your blood.  I think its a good idea to go to the doctor as soon as possible and get a physical done so that you know what is going on.  There had to be a reason for your symptoms and they sound serious enough to warrant checking out.
