I would like to know something more about dropsets? What are its main advantage? I mean, are they better for hypertrophy or just building strength? I mean, it seems to me that it is much better exercise for hypertrophy then strength, even though I know people that disagree with me. What are your thoughts on the subject?
Hmm, I think that the opinions are divided here. I know people who think that the only thing that dropsets is good for, is endurance, neither strength or hypertrophy. They say it is only good for combining it with cardio exercises, more like some fun workout, nothing more. And I will add that you must not be blinded with temporary success, look out for the long term effects, if there are no any of those, exercise is useless.
