hey im new but i wanna know is there anyone here who's tried this diet and it hasn't worked......i mean a diet like this sounds almost to good to be true why isn't there any contack info on the makers are how come this is my 1st time hearing about it......am i the only person skepticle about this.......

IF YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO CANT STAY ON A DIET I DONT THINK THAT THIS WILL WORK FOR YOU. I AM ONE OF THOSE WHO CANT. I MUST SAY THAT IT DID WORK AFTER THE 11 DAYS, I LOST 9.5 LBS. THEN THE DIET SAYS FOR 3 DAYS YOU CAN EAT WHATEVER. MY 3 DAYS WENT ON FOR 4, 5, 6, AND SO ON AND I HAVENT GONE BACK ON THE DIET SINCE. IT TOOK ABOUT MAYBE 2 WEEKS TO GAIN WHAT I HAD LOST AND I THINK SINCE THEN IS WHEN I DEVELOPED STRETCH MARKS. BUT IT HAS BEEN A FEW MONTHS AND THESE STRETCH MARKS ARE STILL COMING SO I AM GOING TO GO BACK ON THE DIET AND HOPEFULLY I CAN STOP MY BAD HABITS.
ANOTHER THING, ITS PRETTY MUCH FRUITS, VEGGIES AND NUTS. AND IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY TO FEED WITH A HUSBAND THAT NEEDS TO GAIN WEIGHT THEN IT WILL BE HARD TO PREPARE A NICE TASTY FATTY MEAL AND THEN HAVE TO EAT SOME PEANUTS FOR DINNER.
BUT IF YOU HAVE GREAT WILL POWER IT WILL WORK!!!
IF NOT, YOU WILL FAIL. AND REMEMBER NOT TO BLOW UP TO FAST BECAUSE YOU WILL GET STRETCH MARKS!
