A broken hymen has no bearing as to whether or not you are a virgin.
You can be born with a torn hymen. It can also tear during normal, non-sexual, activities.
If you haven't had penis-vagina intercourse, you are still a virgin.

i did meet my gf and she told me shes not virgin after the first time i tired the sleep with her my penis didnt go easy like it i should after there couple time and making her wet finally i did enter it with hard work. but no bleeding there was just shouting and while making sex she was hurting alot and feeling pain and she told me its the first time she feelin this feeling ( feeeling it inside ). and when she went back home she did pee blood with her pee and after time of sleeping she still was feeling the pain. after 2 month or 3 i did send her to a doctor and he doctor told her,all most of hymen parts are there and she did losted her virginaty new. my question is she was virgin before i sleep with her ? and she didnt know about that and i did the right way ? could it be that i was the one breaked her hymen and getted my penis in. hope i get replay
